This game was fun, I added it too my 2 Game episode! was definitely scary enough! and I have to say for sure, I'd love to see more from ya! thanks for the opportunity!
I've been following you for a long time, and I just want to say that your storytelling gets better and better with every game you make. Watching you expand creatively and develop your skills over the past few years has been such a joy, and this game is no exception. Keep up the good (very scary) work!
Bad Flesh and now These Heavenly Bodies are my favorite games from you - I'm very fond of the idea that the statues are holding some unspeakable, unknowable horrors. I love the buildup of dread that comes each time we visit this little lab..
God, I love games like these. So ominous, with so little explanation. This was a whole experience. And I love the dialogue too. They're amazing at delivering the general idea, while still being short, which really leaves you wanting to know more (and at the same time not hehe). Not to mention some killer lines that sound like they straight-up came from a poem. I'd do anything to read a whole story like this or have a full-length game experience around this concept.
Now, one thing I'm dying to know is, was the title inspired by something in particular?
this is such an interesting concept, love it so much!! i hope this isn't too random of a request but if you're up for it i'd love translating your game to spanish. all of your games have an unique vibe and since you release them for free i think they really deserve to reach a bigger horror enthusiast audience :)
This game might be short, but it packs a punch! The concept of ancient statues containing preserved bodies is so eerie, and the pixel art adds a unique touch—those 5-10 minutes flew by!
I'm always amazed by the amount of information you can convey in pixelated games, especially low res like this one. I can't wait for more of your work man, keep it up!
This is called... "tension." Originally a technological limitation in the first Resident Evil, long transitions when entering doors in horror games have become a staple reference for the sake of mood and pacing. Hope it helps, kiddo.
hey bud! This wasn’t all the helpful, it’s kinda common sense what it is. Just doesn’t really fit here. I’m all for pacing, but this feels too artificial and too drawn out. Hope it helps, kiddo.
Absolutely AMAZING story, I would have played a 6 hour game of this, watched the 4 season HBO series and read the books, it’s so good, such a great idea.
Very well done, I thoroughly enjoyed this game. I love when these strange and obscure concepts are "fleshed" ;) out in game form like this. It reminded me of Discover My Body, which I very much enjoyed. Thank you for this delightfully unnerving experience.

the father's got quite the appetite i mean dang. he even consumed the jeans
These games make your imagination run wild and sticks with you long after you play them and I just love that about them.
I've played another 2 of your games (I'm hoping to go through all of them) and this is the first one that truly freaked me out.
Multiple points I was just sat there like "what the FUCK did I just watch" which to me is the sign of good horror.
None of it was what I expected. 10/10 it did exactly what it needed to
These Heavenly Bodies!
Another interesting and I can see, disturbing to others, point and click horror game by Tooth And Claw.
Pretty short and easy to play.
I really enjoyed this, even as a low rez (made for Low Rez Jam 2024) it still can inspire weird feelings, unsettlingly and creepy.
Always have a love for this style and look.
Great Job Tooth And Claw!
Would Consume Flesh Again!

I appreciate that, that really means a lot! thanks for following for all this time!
As a Jewish man, I simply HAVE to assume this is biblically accurate.
Honestly a masterpiece of helplessness and confusion

That made me so uncomfortable, which I think was the point, very well done!

If you thought that Discover my body was weird, These Heavenly Bodies takes it a step FARTHER! Youtube Link -
Really cool idea, all though quite rough on the edges
I can feel the Holy Spirit now, Mr. Krabs. What a great little game. Thanks for making and sharing it.
It was alright 6/10
instant classic 10/10
Very cool! Reminds me of the monk entombed in the buddha statue that was found like a decade ago. Great job and awesome concept.
Discover our Bodies but religious
😭

NOTHING CAN EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS HOLY CRAP THE ART IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL
I love how short and simple this game is! The ambient soundtrack also fits pretty well!
is this inspired by discover my body?

this is so interesting
i love how it's vague but still intriguing. i love the body scanning and the (bad) flesh eating.

haha thank you!
Wow that was something lol
WAY too much time between pressing something and it actually happening, otherwise cool game

Thanks so much!
